About this house rental
1200 SF warm and cozy cabin built from timber right off of the property. The house sits on 20 acres of land with nearly 1 mile of beautiful, wide trails, 4 acres of pasture and 550 feet of frontage on Red Creek.
Upon entering the house you will immediately feel the warmth of the very large living room, leather sofa and love seat set against the rich, all wood structure and wood beams.
There is a double bed loft upstairs with a half bath, a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and a full bath and a twin bed with a full bathroom also on the 1st floor.
Relax on the front porch, build a camp fire in the back, watch for wildlife, ride 4-wheelers, walk the trails and enjoy the park like atmosphere. Hike the wooded areas, enjoy the sugar white sandy banks of the creek and get some sun while the kids swim in Red Creek. Take the 10 minute ride to Flint Creek Reservoir and swim in the sandy bottom lake or take the kids to the water park. So much to do during both the summer and winter!

Cabin was clean and ready for use upon arrival. It was really dark when we pulled in and a/c was off, but give it an hour with the a/c on and it was very comfortable the rest of the stay.Highly recommend this cabin. There are plenty of places to explore on the property itself too. Short walk to the creek as well. Beds were comfortable, which is rare at most places.

Very peaceful and quiet. Not very far from town if you need the store.. We had a great time and would recommend for anyone who just nèeds a break from all the craziness.

This cabin is a nice hideaway and a well-kept cabin. This property provides solitude and an opportunity to enjoy nature.

We are a family of 5 ranging in ages 14 to 49. We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin is well off the highway with ample privacy. The creek is a little tricky to get down to so an older person with mobility issues would find this difficult. The creek was up on our first day but was still accessible and we were able to put chairs in and sit. On the second and third day we were able to walk all the way across the creek and it was waist deep. Bug spray is an ABSOLUTE must. The area behind home is water so there are plenty of mosquitoes. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the afternoons grilling and making smores. There were some amazing sunset skies to finish off our evenings each day. The cabin has comfy beds, the a.c. works very well, the 3 bathrooms is a plus, and the overall ambiance of the place is a rustic paradise.
