The Mill Place condo is located on the first floor directly on Main Street within a block or two of the best Ludlow Village restaurants and shops and less than 1 mile to Okemo Mountain. Plus, the free Okemo ski shuttle stops in front of our building. Best Location in town. Walk to everything, the grocery, drug store, liquor store, bars and the best restaurants are all steps away.
This is not your average vacation rental. Our 2 bedroom condo features original exposed beam wood ceilings, a modern updated kitchen, wood countertops, all new appliances and a large industrial sink. Relax in front of the locally quarried oversized stone wood burning fireplace with free firewood. You'll love the designer touches throughout like our fabulous knotty cypress wood floors and industrial lighting, poured concrete bath vanity, torched wood barn doors in the bedrooms and a generous mudroom entry with a large bench and plenty of hooks to hang coats and gear.
Our guests love the amenities we provide. From the super comfy beds with down and down alternative pillows and bedding to the fluffy fresh towels we make your stay special! Great Condo. We had plenty of space. Wendi was very responsive and even accommodated us checking in an hour early when we arrived in town. We would definitely come back.

Ideal location, clean and comfortable condo, and kind, responsive host! The larger bedroom could benefit from blackout curtains, but if you like to wake up to bright sunlight then it's a non-issue!

Very cool little place to stay in Ludlow. In an old mill building that has been redone in the center of town and location was pretty convenient. The unit itself has such a peaceful quiet vibe to it. We didn't hear or see another person in the building and our unit felt very quiet. You will hear some street noise and bar go-ers from the bar at the night that's near but to us it was minimal and didn't affect our stay at all. The unit was really clean and had super comfortable beds and lots of comfortable pillows. Nice leather sofa to relax and watch TV on. The unit was fully stocked and good for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed for one night while doing some early Christmas shopping in July. The apartment was very nice. Things were very clean and tidy inside. Being so close to great amenities just a short walk away in town was nice. My only slightly negative comment is that the front stairs to the mill building are very worn but that is fairly trivial. Thanks for a great stay.
