Unit includes separate entrance, attached bathroom, bedroom with queen and 2 full beds, TV and fireplace, two closets and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, claw foot bathtub, small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. There is NO ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN AND DINING FACILITIES, YOU ARE NOT RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. There is an outside kitchen with BBQ and Hot Tub (HOT TUB AVAILABLE MAY 1ST TO NOVEMBER 1ST). For the rest of the year and full house availability, go to listing "Clear Creek Retreat"

This home is part of a duplex facing Clear Creek. It includes a front and back deck surrounded by pine and aspen, and the backyard deck is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. The house is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all directions, the lake and creek are also clearly visible. Owner may be staying on the premises with Maggie, a very affectionate black Labrador, working on the landscaping during part of the summer months.

Everything was great. Host was attentive and the onsite manager was so sweet. Only thing I was disappointed about was the hot tub was not functioning and I had expected to be able to use it.

Location, premises, and host were great. My only small complaint is that the host is on site and it is not clear whether a host is on site and whether you get the place to yourself. Again, the host was great it just wasn’t clear whether the host would be staying in the same house ahead of time.

Great location and host, central location easy walk or drive to several attractions and restaurants. Host was able to answer questions and give recommendations of the area and how to get there, and even took me on tour of the town. Plus stay came with Maggie which is a very friendly dog that likes attention.

This is a beautiful property. I probably didn't read well enough. It was a shared property. He was incredibly nice. I just thought I was getting a private place.
