A beautiful 2-room bungalow with a living room, kitchen, and fully equipped bathroom, featuring air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a garden, and a veranda—located 80 meters from a white-sand beach in a prime residential neighborhood near three tourist hotels (Le Khéops, Les Pyramides, and Khayem Garden), a 10-minute walk from downtown, and close to all amenities.
A security deposit of 300 euros (checks or cash) is required for rentals of 1 month or longer.
A security deposit of 150 euros (checks or cash) is required for rentals of 1 month or longer.
This bungalow is self-sufficient in terms of energy consumption.
For rentals of 1 week or longer, we will take meter readings upon check-in and check-out. Personal consumption of gas, water, and electricity will be billed
