About this apartment rental
Very bright, my apartment was very recently completely renovated. The furniture has also been completely renewed. It has a very functional and well-equipped kitchen. A glass roof separates the kitchen from the bathroom, you can take full advantage of all the rooms. The modern shower room offers you a very pleasant space.
Through a vaulted door, you will enter a room where you will find a large sofa that turns into a “king size” and a comfortable dining / living area.
Housing is fully available.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Parc des Buttes Chaumont (the 5th green space in Paris), 2 minutes from the Laumière metro station on line 5 and the merchants are at the bottom of the building. The must: going down the few steps of the accommodation, you can enjoy an excellent Parisian bakery and pastry shop.
The accommodation is located close to the largest park in Paris: La Villette, the Philharmonic of Paris, the city of science and industry, the Zenith, the Géode, the Canal de l'Ourcq and the bridge of Crimea (last drawbridge of Paris).

Great location close to the transit system. Close to lots of food options and a supermarket. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Host communicates promptly.

The apartment is excellently located: easy access to the Metro-system and connection to the airport. Pleasant surroundings, including a park and water front leisure facilities. All in all, a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment itself is clean and everything is convenient and well arranged. I had a very pleasant stay there and would recommend the accommodation for single travellers or couples.
