About this house rental

Beach living doesn't get any better than this. Located just above Praa Sands beach and meters away from the sand, surf and wonderful coastal walks, The Beach can be your haven at any time of year.

This two bedroom property has parking out front, a patio area with BBQ and outdoor seating with beach and sea views. It's South facing too so a great sun trap.

Head into the open plan living room and you'll have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer and all the usual cooking facilities.

The living area has sea views as does the dining room.

Super Fast Broadband (Fibre), Smart TV, amazing for winter nights with log burner and a film or music playing and doors wide open enjoying a BBQ in the sun.

The two bedrooms are to the rear, one is a double with an ensuite and the other is a zip and link so can be either a twin or a double. There is a family bathroom also with bath and overhead shower.

All of the property, it's yours for the duration!

We're often here on changeover days as are owners Brad and Lindsay so you might see a friendly face on arrival, if not there is a key safe for easy access.

During your stay you may bump into us outside as we have three properties in total here but we aim to leave you in peace and quiet. Any questions, recommendations or asks you have can be dealt with easily over the phone, email or in person.

Praa Sands is a great little village. It's relaxed and has an easy going vibe. The beach is a long stretch of golden sands great for dog walks, surfing, walking or just playing on the beach. We also have a couple of shops, cafes, and bar/restaurant in the village.
Nearby there are some great places to eat in Porthleven, Rosudgeon and Penzance way.

We have a bus stop about 50m away which heads to Penzance and Helston, the two nearest towns.

If you bring a dog we will require an additional £35 per pet to assist with the extra cleaning time that inevitably comes with dogs staying.
