Ground Floor Efficiency Studio located in World renowned World Tour Golf Course. The Grande Villas offer luxury, peace & quiet, only minutes from the Ocean.
Located in the Carolina Forest section of Myrtle Beach, you'll be a short stroll to the pool, fitness center & Clubhouse with onsite bar/restaurant. Great for golfers, couples, travel nurses, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a small family.
I will not be on site but I live close by & I'm reachable through Messenger. :)

When you turn into the main entrance, you don't need to stop at the security gate (it's the check in point for golfers only).
Continue down the road until you reach the roundabout with a large colonial clubhouse in front of you (you'll pass some villas on your left).
When you reach the roundabout, make a left onto Cypress Point Ct. and proceed until you see building #112 on your right (you'll pass more villas on your right & you'll pass the pool on your left).
When facing the front of the building, it says 112 "THE PINEHURST". Your condo is Unit 101-B, (ground level), far left side.
***The smart code (No Key) to access your unit will be sent as soon as the condo is ready, prior to 4pm, or earlier, if early check in is possible***

Great spot needs a dishwasher and a small table and a couple of chairs for longer stays for someone who likes to cook . Owner is top notch to deal with 👍👍
