We have stayed at sandpiper twice this summer. Both places were nice! Our favorite is the condo as we were steps from the boardwalk. The entire condo was very clean kept. Everything worked. Will definitely be a condo i look for first when its time for vacation next summer.

Bright condo has an ocean view as advertised. Living area and dining areas are spacious. Kitchen is big enough for two people to prepare food.
One can enjoy breakfast or lunch on the balcony deck. It gets sun at dinner time (summer). The stargazing is good from the deck over the water and away from the lights.
Bedroom has a view. King bed is soft by design, a good mattress. Bunks are perfect for the kids.
Location is great. Walk outside to the private beach. Covered snack bar serves lunch and drinks including alcohol. Sandpiper has tennis, pickle ball, pools, and a nice restaurant.
It's close to Destin activities without the traffic right at the harbor boardwalk. Water park and arcades are near. We'll return!
