The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a beautiful porcelain claw foot tub. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and an attached bathroom with oversized shower. The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range plus a large island that opens into the comfortable and charming coastal style living room. This was the perfect cottage for our summer getaway to the beautiful Florida beaches! Everything about the cottage was exactly as depicted, including the short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to staying there again!

Benchmark does an amazing job of communicating with the renters - have never had this much and valuable info before and have rented on 30A for many years.House was very good - highly recommend, well stocked. Do wish better TV's and in the bedrooms but not much space for it. Otherwise, very well equipped.

Bijou by the Sea is a nice, clean property that is very close to the beach (easy walking distance on sidewalks less than two blocks). We stayed 2a, 2k (6/8 yo) and felt it was tight for kids who needed an indoor break during the heat of the day. If two singles it would be good. Pictures are accurate, just smaller than it looks.

This was the first trip my husband and I have made since Covid started. We’ve been very careful, so having this cute little spot was perfect for us. It had great amenities (especially the amazing tub and shower!), and it was a super close walk to the beach. We could still be distanced but have a great time. I highly recommend the space, and we would definitely rent again!
