Sleeping up to 6 people, this 3rd floor east corner unit has a king bedroom, hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great oceanfront location, but, as seniors, it would have been helpful to know this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator.

Fantastic location for exploring the 30A area of great beaches and wonderful restaurants. Clean and comfortable unit with a nice, comfortable bed. Can't wait for the next visit and will use Benchmark again just as we have for the last 16 years!

I love staying at The Palms but this particular unit is very worn out. It is not what people have come to expect on 30A, especially when paying beachfront rates.
