About this apartment rental
The residence where the duplex is located is located on the road to Cannes, in Boulouris, on one of the red hills of Esterel. From my little farmhouse, the view is therefore breathtaking on the Mediterranean Sea. You are far from the noise, the landscape of the bay of Saint Raphaël, with the sea as far as the eye can see is a relaxing scene. The residence in the format of a southern village, ocher tiled roofs, cacti, palm trees, mimosas is elegant.
The duplex can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It is composed :
- 1 bedroom upstairs, in open mezzanine, a double bed
- 1 living room on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa bed; television with usb socket
- 1 kitchenette;
- 1 covered loggia with table and chairs for meals
- 1 terrace with 180 ° view of the Mediterranean and the golf course of St-Raphaël; electric blind, sun loungers; garden below.
Swimming pool of the residence accessible by a footpath;
Individual garage located under the apartment, shelves to store beach items ...
Coves and beaches nearby (on foot possible): Aigue-Bonne and Garde Vieille beaches.

Perfect apartment for singles and couples. Right between St. Tropez and Nice, everything is easily accessible by car, ferry, or train. Many beaches are a few minutes' walk away. A supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. The garage is perfect for motorcycles, but not for large cars. The maximum size is a Seat Ateca, for example, and there's no room for a Skoda Kodiaq or Audi Q5. Communication with the owner was excellent, and he was very flexible with check-in and check-out. Overall, a perfect location.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement idéal pour un couple. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse, sans aucun vis-à-vis.
