Webbsview is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located in the beautiful Found Forrest, 5.4 miles from the center of Cashiers and 2.5 miles from the main gate of Wade Hampton Golf Course. What better place to soak in the views of Whiteside Mountain – the oldest granite mountain in the world. In the fall, be treated to the fabulous colors that our region of the Smoky Mountains from the partially covered deck. There is a gas grill on the upper deck with ample seating. The spacious living room, on the entry level, has a large flat screen TV with satellite service, a wood-burning fireplace and access to the deck. There is even a bench by the window with plenty of light and warmth where you can catch up on some reading. The entry level has a powder room off the living room. The kitchen, located just off the living room has an island, great lighting and equipped with a Keurig coffee pot. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a dining table that seats 8. The king master bedroom has a large walk in closet and a private bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a jetted tub. The upper deck is accessible through a glass sliding door and there is a covered sitting area where you can relax. There is no TV in the master bedroom. Upstairs, the loft has a twin bedroom as well as a king bedroom, both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is no TV in either of these bedrooms. On the lower level is another twin bedroom and king bedroom. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is no TV in either bedroom. There is also a large den downstairs with a wet bar, flat screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. *Please note that Webbsview only allows reservations that are at least 28 days long or 4 consecutive weeks.*

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
