Krauthahn Anbau # 186 Location: The house with the three apartments is in a very quiet location in Alt-Westerland. The apartment is on the ground floor. The center and the beach are about 800 m away. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 45 m² for four people. Equipment: The apartment can be used for up to four people. The living room has a couch set with ottoman, which also serves as additional sleeping accommodation. The kitchen area with the dining area is open to the living room. The entire apartment is furnished in the “Laura Ashley” style and has many lovely details. The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in closet. There is a shower in the bathroom. The apartment is entered via its own outside entrance, next to it is its own furnished terrace. A pet can be brought along after consultation. It is a non-smoking apartment. There are parking spaces on the property.Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
