About this apartment rental
Apartment obtained from the conversion of a barn that is part of a typical Chianti village in the heart of Tuscany. The hamlet dates back to the 13th century and dominates the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and woodlands from the top of a hill. Its position-inside the Chianti Classico area-is ideal to breath an air of absolute timelessness and tranquillity for a holiday of total relaxation immersed in nature. At the same time you'll find yourself in the heart of culture, as the village is set near to the main places of historical interest of Tuscany.
The apartment has a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a single bed on a gallery overlooking the living room (loft bed). The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The apartment has a private garden area with table, chairs, garden umbrella, deck chairs and barbecue. The outdoor area, just outside the entrance of the apartment, is ideal for outdoor dining with sunset view. The apartment is furnished with modern good taste maximising comfort and provide a typically Tuscan atmosphere with their combination of wood beamed ceilings, white washed walls and terracotta floors. The guests of the village have free access to a 7x14 mt. swimming pool and a tennis court. Choosing this apartment you'll enjoy a wonderful holiday with all the best Tuscany can offer. The apartment has central heating. In case of use of heating, this is an extra cost which will be charged separately at the end of the stay based on consumption.

Superverblijf op een prachtige locatie. Zeer vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst. Het verblijf ziet er in het echt nog mooier uit dan op de foto's. In de advertentie staat wel vermeld dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. Dit is echter niet zo. Dit werd opgelost door gratis extra handdoeken voor de badkamer. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een uitvalsbasis zoekt om Toscane te ontdekken.

Unser Vermieter waren wunderbar und super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön in den Hügeln der Toskana auf einem Anwesen mit einigen anderen Ferienwohnungen. Die Anfahrt zum Anwesen (teilweise sehr steile Schotterpiste) ist mit einem tendenziell untermotorisierten VW Polo (mit etwas Schwung) noch gut zu schaffen. Mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung findet man die richtige Abfahrt von der Landstraße.
Traumhaft ist der Gemeinschaftspool mit Blick in die Landschaft, den wir zwecks Regen leider nicht nutzen konnten. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und man fühlte sich direkt willkommen inklusive Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion und einer Flasche Rotwein. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal wie auf den Fotos, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd.
Einziger Knackpunkt ist das limitierte WLAN (nach 3 Tagen abendlichen Netflix aufgebraucht).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15-20 min Entfernung im nächsten Ort.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden.

Very nice apartment. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all useful things, such as toaster, coffee makers for italian and amerikan coffee, freezer compartment and cookware for a lifestay! We brought along our own pillows because the italian ones are flat and tight. We found enough adapters for the three pin to two pin plug connectors, but were happy that we brought along a multiplug for our smartphones and tablets.
We stayed the 3rd week in September.
Sitting outside on the terrace, most of times, closing my eyes, I heard absolutely nothing! No car, aeroplane, no voices, radio or else.
Maybe a soft wind in the olive trees or a thick bumblebee passing. Absolutely suitable for mental healing and forgetting overtime working hours. Strongly recommended.
