What a wonderfully charming beginning to any Tahoe vacation! Enjoy the lake the way it was meant to be - in a centrally located cabin within a short walk of the beach, pristine meadow and local restaurants! It is also just a few minutes drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos. The cabin is comfortably furnished with lots of Tahoe charm! Working while on vacation? Enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace after a day on the slopes. As of Nov 30, 2021 this cabin will only be available for 31 day stays.
Parking - 2 cars maximum - This is strictly enforced. Neighbors do report extra cars - IMPORTANT!
We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise, parking over the limit of (2) or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.
