The accommodation was clean, very comfortable, quiet (as a stand-alone house), well themed and conveniently located! Staff were great and easily contactable via whatsapp - a shuttle service once per day, to and from a Hirafu gondola was provided. We weren't aware of this detail so when it was mentioned extra kudos were added! Check-in was a breeze - we could leave our luggage at SkiJapan reception until check-in, collect keys and present documents, then go snowboard! The front desk was conveniently located on the main road (half a block behind Yume house) so any other face2face contact was readily available. Bang for buck the space was great and fully equiped to cook at home and a great convenience having a small/mid sized fridge and freezer (great for ice creams =P). Great space, couldn't fault anything and would be happy to return!
Nothing - as it was more than fit for purpose. We didn't have any problems with anything that couldn't be addressed or presented to staff. Literally no dramas!
