About this villa rental
Location, location, location
After living in the Sotogrande area for 3 years we bought this villa in 2018 and fully refurbished it. The villa could not be in a better location, being 2 minutes walk to the local restaurants and 3 minutes to the best beach in the area (Playa Torreguadiaro) Sotogrande Marina is a 15 minute stroll along the promenade, or sit back and relax on our 60sqm terrace with stunning views across the bay of Playa de Cala Sardina. Or enjoy a dip in our pool or relax with a drink at the bar.

Overall we were very impressed with the property and the service. Easy to get to the town which had great restaurants. We would definitely come back here.

The location is great: it’s in a village which is a stone’s throw away from the beach and brilliant restaurants but is so quiet when you are in the villa and garden. The house is fantastic and the gardens and pool are lovely. We had great communication with both the villa manager and the owner, who were extremely helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday!

No funcionaba la antena de la tele.
No funcionaba las luces del jardín y las de la piscina.
Por lo demás todo bien, buena casa, instalaciones y exteriores.
