Our home is best suited for responsible adult travelers, couples, families, and seasonal guests seeking a peaceful Palm Springs stay.

With its modern decor, Antonio’s has a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for a vacation getaway. Bright and airy home with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom for each bedroom, a heated pool to relax in or out of the sun, and enjoy an evening BBQ or play some friendly games like foosball, cards, etc. Twenty plus Pickle-ball courts are available at the neighborhood park, only a 10-minute walk away.

Bring along your 4-legged family members (We only accept dogs currently.), and enjoy time at the Dog park, which is a quick 10-minute walk from home.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, its ensuite, and direct access to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The backyard has a covered patio, the pool area is complete with a dining area, chaise lounges, an umbrella, and a BBQ grill. You will have exclusive use of the property during your stay. Enjoy some amenities of a hotel and the comforts and privacy of a home.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood and not suitable for parties, events, or loud gatherings.

The Palm Springs Special Compliance Program Guest & Booking Requirements
• Primary (responsible) renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Government-issued photo ID required as part of virtual check-in
• Virtual check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before arrival
• Primary renter must sign the rental agreement at least 48 hours before arrival

The owner Darryl was receptive and prompt during all phases of the reservation, check-in, and stay. He kindly sent me unsolicited photos of the dining tables when I had questions about Thanksgiving seating. He promptly and effectively responded when the hot tub was not working and a toilet began to leak. Check-in annoyances were solely the result of the Palm Springs vacation rental rules, and there are a lot of them! There was no charge for the pets we brought - quite a welcome savings. The property was much as it was described and pictured in the listing, and suited our needs for the most part. Towels and sheets were plush and clean. At least one of the tubs and one of the toilet seats should probably be replaced/refaced as discolored. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and all the appliances we used worked. The refrigerator was empty and clean when we arrived. There were, though, unneeded supplies and clutter in every drawer and cupboard, and the counters were mostly full of many small appliances, which made it hard to store the food and items I had brought for our Thanksgiving dinner and four-night stay. Perhaps the cupboards and drawers could be better organized to free up some space for renters and so some of the counter appliances could be stored off the counter? Outdoors, the pool and hot tub were clean, and the pool was well-heated. There was ample comfortable outdoor furniture, although at least one of the umbrellas was broken. A good value and no red flags!

The house was fine and as described. No supplies, butter, coffee, spices, shampoo, soap etc. It was quiet and worked out ok. I felt like the owner/manager waited until the term for a refund had passed and then required signatures on new contracts and documents to gain entry. I sincerely doubt it was legal or enforceable. After the date that I was eligible for a refund had gone by, we were made aware of and had to sign a city agreement, which was not disclosed. We also had to sign a new previously undisclosed contract that included, on the spot, no questions asked, evictions, and his ability to have real estate for sale showings whenever they wish, plus various undisclosed rules and terms. I had no choice but to sign it.
