Swim in the sea, play on the beach and relax in the family garden.
Here you can expect a top-class vacation home (completely renovated in 2018), equipped for 4 people plus a small child. The house, furnished with great attention to detail, is located in a quiet area (non-smoking house) and is approx. 65 square meters in the holiday area of Niendorf / Baltic Sea, approx. 500 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and meets the highest demands.
It is a place to relax.
The house is ideal for families with children and has a cozy living room with comfortable dining area, cable / TV, large TV / flat screen and free internet access via WLAN. A furnished terrace, a grill and a large garden complete this wonderful vacation home on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful, very large south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room and equipped with a parasol. Enjoy the sun until late in the evening.
The kitchen is well equipped and has the most modern appliances. a. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
This modern vacation home has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed (individual mattresses) and a large closet with lots of storage space. Bedroom II is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a shower room / toilet which is modernly equipped. A hair dryer is available.
Look forward to a FAVORITE PLACE where you can relax in the green and at the same time stroll along the white sandy beach or along the glittering promenade of Niendorf.

In this wonderful holiday home there are 2 outdoor parking spaces on the property. You can safely park your bikes brought here.

Gegenüber wurden Häuser errichtet dabei war es teilweise sehr laut. Jeden morgen um 07:00 Uhr fuhr ein Radlader hin und her. Die Einfahrt ist für große Fahrzeuge eine Herausforderung. Der Schlüssel lag im Briefkasten, schön wäre es gewesen, wenn jemand den Schlüssel übergeben hätte, vielleicht wäre der Grill dann da gewesen.. Die Kurtaxenschweine die Unterschrieben werden sollten, lagen von den Vorgängern nach da. (Datenschutz?) Das Haus selbst war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich und der kleine Garten perfekt! Leider fiel beim Duschen jedes Mal der Vorhang runter, aber ansonsten keine Beanstandungen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Schotterstraßen zum Haus fanden wir nicht ganz optimal!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Haus „Momo“ sehr gut gefallen!
Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist gut.
Das Sofa ist nicht besonders gemütlich, aber das kann man sich eigentlich vom Bild her schon denken. Für ein paar Tage geht es.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und problemlos, so wie die Schlüsselübergabe auch!
Wir würden sicher wiederkommen!
