About this apartment rental
Beautiful luxury flat with all amenities, located on the 2nd floor with elevator in new fully secure residence with parking with Wifi (Livebox) access included. Sheets and towels are provided.
Comfortable, spacious, bright, well equipped, with a beautiful terrace, overlooking "La Clape" massive , close to the port, the beach, entertainment, shops and transportation
Very good thermal isolation, electric heating and very comfortable for autumn and winter sojourns
We apply in our place the CDC (Centre de Contrôle et de Prévention des Maladies) French Sanitary Control and Disease Prevention Center regulations. Everything is perfectly cleaned after each visit and masks can be provided if asked.
A balénotherapy center and ludic space is about 400m away.

This little flat was perfect for our stay in Guissan! Plenty of parking and right on the main road to get you into town. The flat was very affordable, had all the amenities and was very comfortable for a 4-night stay with a Smart television where we could relax and watch a show in English. Karim was very responsive over email and Sandrine, who met us and showed us the property was lovely. We would recommend this flat for a stay for 2, especially if you have a car and need parking.

Un accueil chaleureux, un appartement agréable, une literie de grande qualité, un grand balcon, un agencement pratique, tous les équipements nécessaires pour le repos et le confort. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci beaucoup.
