About this apartment rental
Dulce Vida is a beachfront recently renovated condo with everything you need for your getaway to paradise. We are located a 30 seconds walk from Bavaro Beach in the heart of Los Corales, Punta Cana. You can walk for miles on it's soft white sand and enjoy spas and delicious bar-restaurants right on the water. You are 2 min walking distance from all other restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, fruit stands and all other activities.
The 1bed/2baths condo is located in a Stanza Mare Beachfront Condominium. It has been completely renovated in the early 2020 with new furnishings and all appliances.

Electricity Consumption:
The electricity is not included in the rental and has to be paid on sight. We require a $200 deposit for electricity and possible damages. Electricity can be expensive on our island. It runs about $5-15/day depending on AC use, etc. The amount used will be deducted from the deposit and we hope you will not cause damage to our lovely DULCE VIDA. Please treat her kindly, but please inform us if anything gets broken. (For stays over 2 weeks, we request a $300 deposit)...
Airport Transfer :
We provide airport transfer for US$ 40.00 single trip for 2 people.
- Sign with the guest name outside the airport.
- Comfortable private transfer.

Guest 25 years of age and up, please.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. It's located on the 2nd floor, which allows for lots of light and gentle breezes. The apartment is clean, bright, fully equipped, and what you see in the pictures is what you get. Our host Anna, was truly outstanding. Always available, regularly checked with us, and a pleasure to deal with. We will definately be back.
