- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The tub would not work. The diverted from shower to tub was stuck so we were not able to make use of the nice tub. The remotes seemed to be mislabeled to the TVs. We could not get any remote to work the living room tv. In the master bedroom there is a remote to the shades. Either it doesn't work or there are no shades to control. The bed in the secondary bed room squeeks and creeks all night as people turn over. It is a lovely home that just needs some close attention. In all fairness to the owner none of this was a bother enough for us to call and ask it to be fixed. Some of it might have been addressed quickly. Other than this our stay was enjoyable and fun.
