About this apartment rental
Apartment in a privileged and quiet residential area called Santa Cristina, located between Blanes and Lloret de Mar, 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Santa Cristina and Treumal. The beaches are sandy with crystal-clear water, surrounded by forest, and accessible on foot.
The apartment is completely independent, with its own entrance, private pool, large terrace, and is located on the first floor of a splendid south-facing villa. Only this apartment is rented in the villa.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a large terrace, part of which is covered for rain and sun protection, and another part is a solarium with a private pool for the guests of this apartment. The pool has beautiful sea views.
The apartment is ideal for families with up to two children and four guests in total. Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of young people.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Up to two pets are allowed, with a maximum supplement of €80 per pet depending on size.
The tourist tax applies to adults only, is per person, and is payable separately on arrival.

We spent two weeks on holiday in this beautiful apartment with an incredibly beautiful view. The apartment has a very large terrace with a nice clean swimming pool and has a lot of privacy. Furthermore, within a 10 minute walk of two very beautiful beaches. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Maxim thank you for letting us live in your apartment for two weeks.

The view truly is fantastic, and so is the terrace.
The neighborhood is quiet and the location is close to Barcelona and several beautiful towns.
Hosts were polite.
We, however, think that there are two things to improve:
1. The bed’s mattress is way too soft. So soft we got back pain we’re still dealing with a few days after leaving.
2. There is no washing machine. This is truly inconvenient. A washing machine is way more necessary than the dishwasher installed. No options for washing were given to us except to go find a place somewhere in town. Please fix this problem, it really impacts the guests’ experience.

Great place, plenty pricacy and a swimming pool you always wanted and as bonus a beautiful view towards the oine trees and sea.

La ubicación y vistas perfectas . pero hay algunos aspectos que me gustaría resaltar. 1) La piscina no es apta para niños, tienen una profundidad de 1,6 metros. 2) la cama del sofá el colchón muy mal no se puede dormir en el y además muy sucio . 3) Hay muchas arañas por toda la casa .4) el horno es muy pequeño medidas microondas. 5 ) en general la limpieza es deficiente. 6) el aire acondicionado no esta disponible cuando el cliente quiere. 7 ) De la casa a la playa hay un buen rato caminando y al regreso todo subida y es agotador, no lo recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad.8 ) Si la estancia es larga hay poco espacio para guardar ropa.9) No hay lavadora y se tienen que pedir un favor a la dueña para que te deje utilizar la suya. 10 ) la luz exterior esta limitada , la piscina no se puede encender de noche. A parte de lo comentado , Los propietarios bien muy amables , por cierto viven en el piso de arriba y tienes la sensación que te controlan a cada momento.
