A little piece of Italy in South Florida!
We are not an event venue! NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
KraushausUSA2 is approximately 6,000 sq. ft. (550 sq. meters including guest apartment), a Mediterranean villa located on a small island in Lake Santa Barbara which is a part of the Intracoastal Waterway and about a mile from the Atlantic Ocean. This island oasis is positioned one block off Federal Highway between Commercial and Atlantic Blvds. and is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, banks, tennis courts, and a golf course.
Depending on the time of year, (3/4/7) night minimum stay required.
This unique property is great for families! It has 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 13 people (See description in the 'room details' section. )
Enjoy the amenities of the backyard that include: grilling area; detached gazebo with pizza oven and fire pit, outdoor dining for at least 12, and a 5 hole-putting green!

Rolf was an exceptional host and made sure every little part of our stay hit the mark. He gave us a tutorial on how to operate all the outdoor amenities and even made sure we had plenty of propane when we mentioned grilling. They made the stay effortless for us and that made for a true vacation experience.

Rolf is an excellent property manager who goes out of his way to make sure your stay is great. The location of the property is amazing and access to Palm Beach and Broward counties is good. The home itself was clean, plentiful and fun for our group of 8. So many amenities. Some of the bathrooms may need a refresh soon. Lot's of toys for the group to cook large meals, swim, relax, beach, and work out. Thanks Rolf!

Rolf was an amazing host. it's such a big house you will have questions but he is happy to answer and help in any way possible.The house was immaculate and I loved the decor. great wifi and plenty of bathrooms! The covered patio and pool area was great! Plenty of space, I asked where to buy wood for the pizza oven and he said everything here is for you to use. You don't need to buy wood. He even came and lit the stove for us. The group has decided we will try and get the house every year for our golf event! I give this house a 10. Not only for the house, but because the host was amazing as well!

Good location.Owner responsive and at the home everyday to work on something (owners boat kept there) Not much sun at pool but well appointed home with everything you need.Cool home...right off main road. Beds/bedding fair.
