Apartment in The Historical Stahl House Building.

As an older person there are a lot of steps to get to the room. One night the bar crowd was loud but didn’t go too late

Host was very responsive. Apartment is a little dated but not unexpected in a historical building. Some black out curtains would be nice: the streetlights slip through the vertical blinds. A rug would be nice near the bed. No noise from the street or hall. Great little bar on the first floor. I could not for the life of me figure out how to run the washer and dryer from my phone. A QR code on the box would have been helpful. (And please fix the typos on the sign that provides directions for the washer and dryer:))

This apartment was a safe, quiet and comfortable place to stay close to everything!!

If you want a quiet night sleep don’t book here. I did stay on a Friday and Saturday night and I heard multiple police sirens, the train complete with horn come thru at 9pm, boat horns on the river. The door does not lock automatically, It has to be manually locked via keypad, I did not read past the fine print of gaining entrance with the keypad, my bad. The information folder was hidden under an end table so I couldn’t find the wi fi password. And I couldn’t watch tv, seems Netflix, Hulu whatever wanted to be paid for membership prior. Cute little apartment but I would not stay again.
