With some homes dating back centuries, this neighborhood has some of Santa Fe's most picturesque adobe homes and gardens. This delightful home is part of a small, exclusive compound with a view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the private, shaded patio, and yet close to everywhere you want to be.
An easy walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road art galleries! Close to Museum Hill where you can explore some of the city’s finest museums. In the morning, stroll down the street to Downtown Subscription Coffee Bar for a steaming cup of coffee, fresh baked croissant and the newspaper – a great place to people watch, then browse next door at Garcia Street Books.

If you wanted to cook , everything was there to do so. With that said , we ate all our meals out! Great location! We are older so the " short walk " to a particular location is for younger people. We drove after our first walk.

Casa de Ángeles is a perfect Santa Fe Casita. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet historic neighborhood within walking distance to a delightful coffee shop, bookstore, and the famous art area Canyon Road. The host Laurel, who is an artist has done a lovely job decorating the Casita in the southwestern style, even including some of her beautiful original artwork. The kitchen was fully stocked and amenities like shampoo, bath gel, etc. were provided. The entire apartment was immaculate.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the comfy living room was a great place to relax in the evenings. There’s also a charming private outside area with seating. It was obvious how much thought and care our host Laurel had put into making this a very special getaway place. She was also easy to communicate with. If we have the opportunity to return to Santa Fe, the Casa de Angeles would always be my first choice of accommodation.

This place is a gem. So comfortable and quiet. Great location! Love that the art in the home are copies of the host’s own work. They are beautiful! The host was very responsive. Would highly recommend this place!
