Loved our stay at Horizon at 77th #701. Great view of the beach from the balcony. However the patio chairs need to be updated. The rooms were clean and spacious. Also its not far from the Ripleys aquarium and boardwalk which we definitely enjoyed. Can't wait to go back.

The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Condo furnishings and bathrooms need serious updating; deck furniture was totally rusted and dirty, some furniture scarred and dirty; carpets filthy; kitchen not well stocked, and unattractive bed coverings. Would not rent again.
