In the central bulevardul of the capital there is the 60sqm apartment, with entrance, bedroom with large wedding bed, common kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) (open space), and bathroom with shower. Three large windows that open onto the central street. Quiet and comfortable. New renovation. Internet and satellite television. Under the house there are services of all kinds (bar, gym, shopping center, pharmacy, shops and supermarket 24/24). At 50m there is a stop for public transport that connects to every point of the city (direct airport bus). 150m you will find the largest park in the city. A Machina nespresso coffee with ready-made pods will welcome you.

This is BINGO!
The appartment is just incredible! High ceiling, huge windows, open space, superfast internet, clean, etc.
People with health issues and small children should consider the fact that the apartment is located on the fourth floor of old stone building, which has no elevator. For active youth and adults to walk for a few runs of staircase should not be a problem, especially taking into account the quality of this space.
Location is just perfect. You can see Organ Hall and National Drama Theater fron the windows of this appartment on another side of the street (boulevard).
Grocery store is located in the same building on the ground floor with the entrance from the street.
Two more theaters - Anton Chekhov Theater and Theater of Satire are within 5-7 minutes of walk.
Parks with a lot of threes, peaweted pathways, benches, outside sitting Cafes are located within 5 minutes of walk. Shopping, fine eating, art and craft stores, book stores, museums, street food, street market, and a lot more other places are just within walking distance.
If you traveling for business- all public transportation is just on the street - check your route and plan your trip.
