The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

What to Expect
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each unit has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

Il Sole Di Vino is a lovely property with a total of five independent units that is conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.

Sole Di Vino - 1 (30sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to three guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
