(Modular living room with removable partitions, creating a private sleeping area with a sofa bed)
- 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and storage
- 1 Mountain corner suitable for children or teenagers
- 2 shower rooms, one with a toilet
- 1 Separate toilet
- 1 Large terrace with panoramic views of the lake and mountains

PRIVATE PARKING AND EQUIPMENT:
- 3 outdoor parking spaces
- 1 private ski storage room/closet

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO MAKE YOUR STAY EASIER:
- Linen package (bed linen, 1 large and 1 small hand towel per person, bath mats, and tea towels): €25 per single bed, €50 per double bed
- Beds made upon arrival: €10 per single bed €20 per double bed
- End-of-stay cleaning: €125
- Cancellation insurance: 4.5% of the total cost of the stay
- Ski pass reservations: 10% discount for a minimum of 3 consecutive days

Upon arrival, a €900 deposit via bank imprint will be required.

This is a wonderful property for a family ski holiday in Chatel. It is maintained to a very high standard and very clean. It easily accomodated our family of 8. The walk to the lift is easy and the village shops are a 15 minute walk or a bus which comes about every 10 minutes.
