Park Meadows Townhouse is an exquisitely furnished two-story beach-cottage style beauty enriched with maritime accents and playful art throughout.
The Townhouse is located in the very heart of Ft. Myers, Florida close to all the major roads, but not close enough to be exposed to traffic noise, and best of all: it’s only 12 miles to Ft. Myers Beach, the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico and the white, sandy beaches of Southwest Florida. The Townhouse lies on the edge of a community of Townhouses and features a nice neighborhood and a communal, heated pool, the balconies overlook a tennis court.
The Townhouse has two bedrooms with ample closet space featuring one King-Size- and one Queen-Size-bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an adorable dining area and living room with a faux fireplace providing a mood-light option for romantic evenings. TV’s are provided in the living room and both bedrooms, streaming services are available for the guests’ enjoyment. A spacious paved patio invites guests to sit in the sun or under an umbrella, soak in the Jacuzzi, or use the BBQ grill while privacy is ensured through a fence. Modern and nicely decorated home with a beautiful gated outdoor area with hot tub and grill. Well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Has everything one would need for an enjoyable stay.

This property is even better in person. The couch alone was worth the stay, Heated and massaging! Renters were kind and allowed us our privacy. Comfortable beds, tvs with all the popular medias programmed in. Excellent washer and dryer which was essential for us. 10/10 would stay again!

We noticed that a great detail has gone into setting up this lovely property.
Modern entertainment setup, a very practical kitchen and everything is very well organised.
The owners have well thought about their guest's needs we stayed for 5 weeks and didn't have to buy any household items on our own.
The practicality is amazing for example they even provided little spring water bottles to fill up the steam ironing box, a travel cooler, a cloth airer, an outdoor umbrella, a beach push buggy to carry the gear, outdoor picnic/beach chairs, sun bathing beds etc.
Amazing setup, ohh forgot to mention the warm massaging lounge 😌.
We wish the owners well for setting up the property as a home.
BTW the quality of the appliances and items is great.
