A unidade e o condomínio são ótimos, muito organizados e limpos.
A praia em frente ao condomínio é ponto de encontro de paredões de som e eles tocam som altíssimo, da pior qualidade das 16:00 às 22:00. Não satisfeitos, deixam lixo e garrafas de vidro quebradas na praia ao final. É um desrespeito completo às pessoas do entorno e aos frequentadores da praia.
