The quality of the fixtures and fittings was outstanding. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring and enjoying the vibrant and lovely town of Moffat. Everything you could possibly need for a short stay was available and if there were any small issues, the owner addressed and solved them immediately.
There are a fair number of steps to access the property - only an issue if you have as much luggage and food and drink as we had! The only other niggle was water ingress which made the entrance hallway incredibly cold and damp. The building is a converted 19th century church so there are issues with the steeple. This did not detract from our enjoyment or stay, however, and did not affect the living quarters at all.

The apartment decor was of a very high standard. The larger bedroom was awesome. Bathrooms were tastefully decorated.
No light or plug near mirror in larger bedroom so couldn’t dry hair or put makeup on at the dresser. Smaller room was cold. Took to second day for apartment to heat up. Two of the standard lamps didn’t work, it wasn’t the bulbs.
