Disappointing property and we wouldn’t stay there again.

Secure back garden.

The property was tired and needed painting and cleaning. The garden is overgrown front and back so we couldn’t sit outside comfortably.

Great location, disappointed with garden overgrown weeds, lots recycling bins and bags as we couldn’t sit outside too me

The location

Inside issues just furnishing needs updating as chairs are scruffy and chest of drawers falling apart. Your pics show the garden as good but the garden was so dirty and unloved we couldn’t sit out and eat etc as it was so scruffy. When sitting inside that’s what you look at, not relaxing.

Lovely short break.

Lovely and clean property, perfect for the dog with an enclosed garden.

A bit too far out from Saunderfoot, we needed to get taxis both ways when going out in the night. At least a good half hour walk to the town from the house.

Clean, had everything needed, good Wi-Fi and good price.

Bit scruffy around the edges, garden needed upkeep, outside of windows could do with a clean, but didn’t affect stay.

Comfortable, warm and cosey

Warm, comfortable , very clean and cosy cottage. Quite close to amenities but as my sister and I have walking difficulties. we could not negotiate the hill, so we had to use the car. Small welcome pack was a nice touch. It is a dog friendly cottage in fairness, which was great for us.

Property could use a little bit of TLC e.g. a bit of fresh paint and garden tidy up. That would make it ideal. Nobs missing off toaster and oven, still usable though. Some items missing-that were mentioned in the welcome file DVD player and hair dryer. Some kitchen utensils.

Saundersfoot primrose cottage

Hot shower, enclosed garden, walkable to town/beach. Good sized table in dining area. Beach theme .

Angling shower head so that water could reach body easier, double bed was too soft for us and ideally would have king size for better sleep. Bedroom drawers flimsy and falling apart. Garden a little overgrown. Walls marked/grubby in places and some skirting!patio door base was dirty. Storage needed for food in kitchen. Light not working in twin bedroom. Only half a roll.of toilet paper.

Nice property but had the potential to be a lot nicer

Quiet location with parking

Property had a lot of potential to be nicer. Garden patio needs weeding, garden furniture needs replacing and hob didn’t work properly. towel rail in the bathroom leaks. Also couldn’t get to washing line. Property could also be a-lot cleaner. sofa didn’t look like it had been cleaned underneath for a long while, Bin day needs staying in the information booklet.

Nice house, Nice price.

Property was easy to find. House was quaint, fairly priced. Comfortable bed. Quiet cul de sac location. 15 minutes walk down to Saundersfoot beach & shops. Within easy walking distance from Wiseman's Bridge. Close to Tenby & neighbouring villages & attractions.

The walk back up the hill from Saundersfoot. Small things like frying pan has seen better days. TV in bedroom was to far from a plug!. Coat hanger behind front door restricted access in & out. A little tlc wouldn't cost much. There's plenty that's right with this house so if you want to have a holiday in Saundersfoot, then you won't be disappointed staying here .

Lovely little cottage

There was no furniture out the back to sit on. The kitchen was realy dirty and utensils, me and my daughter had to clean before our holiday could even begin.

rest full but wouldn’t choose to return due to above issues

the bed was very comfy and the treats that were left for us were very nice

it was dirty on arrival we had to clean the pots as some had been put away dirty. front door doesn’t lock properly at times the front door step very dangerous as it has two steps on top off each other with nothing to hold on too to help you get in. patio area was filthy with green slime on flags, weeds all around the patio and there was dog dirt in garden. freezer part off fridge was dirty the cottage needs a bit of tlc to bring up to standard.

Self catering. Location good for access to local area. On local bus route. Parking space for one car at front of property.

Property needs updating inside. Shower was not really fit for purpose.The blinds in most rooms were broken and unusable. Some light bulbs not working, spares not available. Patio area needs a good clean and the garden needs a lot of attention, particularly the steps to rotary drier as they are dangerous at the moment.Front entrance to property needs to be cleaned and tidied up. Overall the property just needs a bit of an update to make it an ideal holiday cottage.

House is in a good location. The house is quaint and has alot of potential but needs quite a bit of attention.

The house needs a good deep clean and an updating decor/painting wise. Floors downstairs were not mopped before our arrival, there were dog hairs on cushions dust on tv stand, skirting etc. The back garden needs alot of attention, there were bags of leaves and trimmings left stacked at the shed. The patio and furniture need a good clean. Bedroom furniture and beds need updating. The cleanliness and updating is also mentioned in the guest review book.

location, cosy, lots of room.

the garden needs attention, washing line up steps overgrown with bushes etc, no spare bulbs etc in cupboard that the folder told you were there.

Relaxing and warm base between exploring Saunderfoot and Tenby.

Small but spacious, nice compact and fully enclosed garden. Everything we needed for cooking a meal, washing clothes and beds were comfy. The heating was so easy to use and road it was on was lovely and quiet.

Great holiday

The house is very nice with Wi-Fi, a cute little private garden and parking place. It is located in lovely Saundersfoot, close to Tenby and perfect for exploring Pembrokeshire.

We didn’t want to leave.
