Location was great lovely little house but needs a little update .
Needs some TLC . Little jobs like fix the floor bar into the kitchen kept tripping on it as it was loose and broken . Lick of paint and some updated furniture in the bedroom is needed . Garden is way overgrown and needs to be cut back . As done the front of the house .

Beautiful little cottage in a wonderfully quiet location
Some small items need attention
Door bar across kitchen floor was very loose and I did trip on entry to the property
Some areas need a bit of a deep clean
Quilts are a little thin

Ten minute walk down to Saundersfoot but close to the bypass to get to other locations
Was very clean with good facilities

The location
Inside issues just furnishing needs updating as chairs are scruffy and chest of drawers falling apart. Your pics show the garden as good but the garden was so dirty and unloved we couldn’t sit out and eat etc as it was so scruffy. When sitting inside that’s what you look at, not relaxing.
