The location
The heating system was very noisy and not well controlled. The Tado thermostat in the lounge seemed to make no difference and several TRVs were not working.

Beds were really comfortable and clean. We slept so well Lovely bedding and towels. Bathrooms were fine. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location was excellent . Off road parking was good.
Lounge layout was odd one of the couches was really uncomfortable. Kitchen was very much in need of updating and could do with a deep clean as floors felt sticky on bear feet. There is a smell in the house. ? Damp . The gutters had weeds growing.out of them. Outside areas really need attention.
