The location
The heating system was very noisy and not well controlled. The Tado thermostat in the lounge seemed to make no difference and several TRVs were not working.

Location was fantastic and a short walk to the beach. The downstairs bathroom was very spacious, which is what we needed. The decor was lovely and the dining room light and spacious for breakfast.
The downstairs bathroom needs a mirror for shaving. The upstairs showers did not work consistently - weak water pressure and sometimes cold.
