L’accueil et la gentillesse de la conciergerie. La propreté et l’équipement du studio. L’emplacement à l’écart du bruit du centre station mais très proche pour y aller à pied (2 3 minutes maxi). Les facilités de stationnement dans la résidence ou dans la rue.
Le studio nous a paru un peu exigu pour 4 personnes, mais cela reste à l’appréciation de chacun. Un point signalé à la conciergerie : le lit superposé du haut n’a pas de protection anti chute.

L emplacement est très bien, bien chauffé bien équipé. Très propre. Pas très loin du télésiège Labrau et très proche du centre ville.
Manque de barrière sur le lit superposé du haut peut être dangereux pour un enfant en bas âge.

L’accès au piste, le parking privé
Le canapé lit, pas de sèche cheveux, l’isolation phonique de l’appartement horrible … ont était 15 dans l’appartement. pas de seau pour nettoyage sol, pas de balais pour serpillière.
