Disappointing

There was a constant noise in both the bedroom and living room. The noise would stop for 5 - 10 seconds were it was quiet and then it would start again. Loud enough to be distracted by. The bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was even worse.

Die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind sehr verwittert und auch der Boden ( Holz) ist sehr verwittert und mächtig glatt ( ohne Frost/ bei Feuchtigkeit) müssten einfach mal aufgearbeitet werden oder ausgetauscht werden

Sehr guter Kontakt zum sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Es wird einem alles sehr gut erklärt und alle Infos zugeschickt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine wäre in der Wohnung gewesen.

Gemütliches kleines Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit schönem Balkon . Die Aussicht im Dachgeschoss währe bestimmt schöner aber für eine halbe Woche wenn man noch Unternehmungen macht wirklich schön !

Etwas wenig Möglichkeiten in Küche Flur und Bad um seine Utensilien aufzuhängen und unter zu bekommen ! Ist aber ok. Dafür sind die Preise ja auch recht günstig

Neuwertige Wohnung mit Potenzial, man kann mehr draus machen

Sehr zentral zur Altstadt und Hafen

Die Matratze oben im Schlafzimmer war sehr dünn und weich , man spürte jede Nacht das Lattenrost, sodass man kaum schläft , musste Balkonmöbel Auflagen hinzufügen damit man weich schläft . Balkon Dielen waren verschmutzt mit Moos, bin öfter ausgerutscht. Bräuchte mal eine intensive Hochdruckreinigung, sowie andere Balkone auch denke ich. Kaffeemaschine schon in die Jahre gekommen, sie lief Träge durch und verkalkt Ansonsten war der Rest der Wohnung in Ordnung und ok

Die Wohnung war gut gelegen und war von der Aufteilung sehr schön

Matratzen im Schlafzimmer und das Schlafsofer habe ausgedient durchgelegen Vor der Küchenzeile klebte der Fußboden dazu kam das hunderte Mücken sich in der Wohnung befanden weil das Fenster ausgelassen worden ist denke von der Reinigungskraft Der balkonfussboden war sehr schmierig und glatt durch Grünspan und die Balkon Stühle sahen auch nicht besser aus

So nicht! Ein stinkendes Bad, ein nicht nutzbarer Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer voller Mücken und kein TV

Die Lage war gut, sowohl das Zentrum, als auch der Binnenhafen sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Leider haben uns diverse negative Dinge erwartet. 1. Das Schlafzimmer war voller Mücken, überall an den weißen Wänden waren mindestens 100 riesen Mücken verteilt. Wir konnten das Schlafzimmer somit nicht nutzen. 2. Im Badezimmer hat es bestialisch gestunken. 3. Die Nutzung des TV wurde zu einem Geschicklichkeitsspiel, 3 verschiedene Fernbedienungen und von einer Anleitung weit und breit keine Spur. 4. Das TV war dann ab dem 2. Tag nicht mehr nutzbar, weil ganz offensichtlich die Internetverbindung für das TV nicht mehr funktionierte. 5. Ein eigentlich schöner Balkon zum Innenhof war leider ebenfalls nicht nutzbar, weil die Miniatur Holzstühle und der kleine Tisch mit einer schleimigen Grünspanschicht überzogen waren und mindestens seit 6 Monaten keine Reinigung mehr erlebt haben. Insgesamt sind wir vor allem auch von dem Vermieter enttäuscht, weil dieser, auf unsere mitgeteilten Mängel, überhaupt keine Reaktion gezeigt hat! Das ist schon ziemlich dreist! Da möchte offensichtlich jemand im fernen Hamburg mit möglichst 0 Aufwand Kasse machen.

Zentrale Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung normal, aber völlig ausreichend.

Schlafsofa, Bettbezüge und Kisseninletts müssten mal erneuert werden. Der Backofen benötigt dringend eine Reinigung. Netflix hat nicht funktioniert und es gibt leider keinerlei Erläuterung zur Heizung.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet :) Die Standartausrüstung zum Kochen wie Salz und Pfeffer war vorhanden sowie ein paar Gewürze. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es zwei Geschosse, die etwas anstrengend für meinen älteren Hund waren. Schöner Balkon und eine ruhige, zentrale Lage :)

Ich kam nicht so gut mit der Lüftung und der modernen Heizung klar, aber die Vermieter haben sich Zeit genommen die Fragen zu beantworten. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig... Aber die Lage ist sehr ruhig also ist dies nicht so störend .

Schlechte parkmöglichkeit, schwarzschimmel in den duschenecken, sehr kalte Räume, es dauerte Stunden bis warm wurde.

Schön aber man hätte da sicherlich noch etwas schöneres draus machen können, bei dem Preis.

Fernseher, Herd, Handtücher und Bettwäsche war alles da. Internet funktionierte und die Betten (Doppelbett) waren weder durchgelegen noch rochen sie schlecht. Ein schönes Domizil, wenn die unten aufgeführten Punkte nicht gewesen wären. Nähe zur Stadt und zum Wasser gegeben und auch unserem Hund hat es gefallen. Über den Balkon hätte sich unser Wuff sicherlich auch gefreut, leider war das Wetter nicht so (Mitte Januar 2024) und er lag voller Schnee. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut.

Der Backofen, die Herdplatte und die Pfanne sind ja in fast allen FeWo's das absolute Highlight. So auch in dieser. Wir hätten gerne einen Punkt mehr gegeben, aber vorgenanntes was weder sauber noch schön und gehört entweder mal richtig geputzt oder ausgetauscht, auch wenn wir von alledem nichts benutzt haben, da wir alles selbst mit hatten (eben genau deshalb!). Im Bad hat es nach Kloake gerochen und wir sind uns bis heute nicht sicher, ob es aus der Dusche oder anderswo herkam. Wenn man die Lüftungsanlage mit dem Lichtschalter in Betrieb nahm, dann roch es penetrant nach Kanalisation. Das Zahlenschloss am Briefkasten ist ebenfalls sehr unschön, wenn man spät abends im Dunkeln nach den 1 mm großen Nummern suchen muss. Die Idee mit dem kontaktlosen Check in befürworten wir aber! Ein Highlight war auch die Drohung auf dem Zimmer, dass man 80Euro Strafe zahlen muss, wenn die Wohnung nicht besenrein hinterlassen wird. Da muss der Vermieter ja echt schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben ;-)
