The floor of the room was flooded with the pouring rain. Staffs mentioned that they unable to change room for me but they send staffs to clean up the room soon after that. There are pieces of rubbish under the sink in toilet and below the fridge: wonder if the housekeeping is done properly Wifi: can’t be used

I booked this property due to lack of clear reviews, so i am writing in detailed so people can choose accordingly Property is good but not for families with children, its far from Desaru (25km). You can only travel by car or taxi. Even roads are neat and no traffic so you can reach within 30mins by car Its more like Motel. Breakfast will be delivered in Room in morning Car can park infront of room Remote location, fence nearby room is not enough taller. So you may feel insecure even security is there but on main gate. You can see factory boilers puffing smoke within 1 km from resort Its more suitable for business travellers who are working in nearby factories.

Its hard get restaurants nearby. We had cyclists couple stayed overnight next to our room. I saw they struggled to get dinner. Property management can correct if any mismatch in judgment so others can book without hesitation
