Die Lage ist natürlich klasse, direkt an der Strandpromenade und viele Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Größe her war es auch absolut ausreichend.

Die Möbel sind schon sehe in die Jahre gekommen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Eisladen, der abends bis mind. 22:30 Uhr Musik anhat, teilweise bis nach 23 Uhr Live-Sänger, das ist ein absolutes No-Go, vorallem mit Kind.
