A very nice spacious apartment close to town.
It is next to a noisy road. As we arrived on a Sunday and the town was closed it would have be good to have been provided with some basic essentials like milk and bread.

As idea looked good but ....spoiled with cleaning..
The apartment has policy of charging cleaning fees and you must clean EVERYTHING and strip the bed before you go to get fees back. It makes you feel akward as you do not want to use anything in order to clean it below standard owner expect.
The sorounding of the house iand parking lot s not paved and you need to fly in to ghe apartmant to avoid getting dust specks on shoes.
Pitty that price is not adjusted to include cleaning fees as this would be more fair. Also this is paid jn cash and cash point is a bit far.
The direction to apartment are not good and you drive around until you find it which is difficult in dark.
Apartment is well equiped but all spoils those additional fees. For price better book.place were you do not nees to clean early in the morning before check in.
Also there is TV but not electric cord..so we could watch at nice black screen.

We were 5 adults and a dog which was fine for a few nights.
Well situated, within walking distance of the historic town of Guillestre, and next to the shuttle bus to Vars and Risoul.
Good for our winter stay, but a good base to walk and explore the region in the summer as well.
Would definitely recommend.

There is a cleaning fee of 50 Euros that is not mentioned in Booking.com and that you have to pay if you do not clean the apartment yourself.
For people like us being on vacation who don't want clean or cook (restaurants only;) ) this was a surprise that we had to clean.
In any case there are two nice little restaurants in walking distance.

El propietario fue muy amable a la entrada, explicandonos todas las caracteristas del alojamiento de los alreadedores.
El apartamento es confortable para 4 personas y con el sofa cama alguna persona mas.
La entrada al apartamento esta en una carretera. Sin embargo hay un aparcamiento amplio un poco mas abajo.

UNE EXPÉRIENCE CATASTROPHIQUE ! À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT !
La seule chose que nous avons pu apprécier pendant notre séjour est l'emplacement.
Nous avons réservé un appartement pour passer quelques jours agréables, mais ce que nous avons vécu relève de l'arnaque pure et simple. Dès notre arrivée, les problèmes ont commencé. L’hôte nous accueille pour nous remettre les clés et nous faire une rapide présentation des lieux… et là, premier choc : une saleté repoussante au sol. Honnêtement, nous n’avons rien dit au début, parce qu’on est conciliants. Mais ça, ce n’était que le début du cauchemar.
Ensuite, il nous informe avec un aplomb incroyable que la réservation était prévue pour deux personnes, alors que nous étions cinq, tout cela à cause d’une erreur de réservation sur Booking. Nous avions effectivement dû refaire une réservation à la dernière minute après un problème de paiement, mais le prix était rigoureusement le même que pour cinq personnes ! Malgré cela, l’hôte refuse catégoriquement de faire le moindre geste et nous impose 30 € supplémentaires par personne et par nuit ! Ce qui aurait dû nous coûter 400 € s’élève finalement à 650 €, tout ça pour le même appartement !
Mais attendez, ça ne s’arrête pas là. Le soir, nous avons voulu cuisiner, et là, impossible : plus de gaz dans la bouteille ! L’appartement soi-disant “tout équipé” devient donc totalement inutilisable.
Et que dire de l’état général de l’appartement ? En bougeant un meuble, je découvre l’envers du décor : un nid de poussière, des saletés accumulées depuis probablement des semaines, voire des mois. On aurait dit que l’endroit n’avait pas vu une éponge depuis des années !
Le summum ? L’hôte vante les mérites d’un appartement “tout confort” avec lave-vaisselle… mais aucun produit ménager ni accessoire n’est mis à disposition pour l’utiliser. C’est clairement de la publicité mensongère !
Enfin, on atteint le comble du ridicule quand on réalise que l’appartement ne contient ni papier toilette, ni sopalin. Sérieusement ?! Laisser un appartement en location sans ces basiques de la vie quotidienne, c’est du jamais vu.

Guillestre mi piacevolmente sorpreso così come l'appartamento.
Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione isolato termicamente e dal rumore. Dotazione di elettrodomestici ultra completa, locale wc separato dal bagno. Il prezzo è giusto. La posizione geografica che lo pone a metà strada tra Embrun e Briancon e all'imbocco del Queyras verso il Colle dell'Izoard, il Colle dell'Agnello e il Vars è ottima per fermarsi più giorni.
