Very nice little hotel with its own micro brewery and restaurant. Very nice food and beer. Great staff but service could be a little slow due to how popular and busy the restaurant is.
Standard room was comfortable and fine, if a little small. I would book the superior room if we stay again, as it is bigger and has a better bathroom.

The restaurant served good food and wine. Because we had told the restaurant manager that we were unhappy about Not being told about the wedding they got approval to cover our evening meal free. This was much appreciated but the wedding was still noisy.
The fact that we were not told in advance that there was going to be a wedding at Barrington's with live music on the day we arrived it started at 2.00pm and finished at 10.00 pm. We has asked for a quiet room but nowhere was quiet and we had to endure the noise until about 10.00pm . What was worse was that we learned that other guests had been told that there was a wedding with music yet we had booked it at least 4 months before. Given that the rooms are a kind of add on to the cafe and the costs of staying there we also felt that our stay was not value for money.
