About this house rental
Serenity awaits you at this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private home in the legendary Boulders Resort, Golf & Spa community (please read note below regarding access to the Boulders Resort amenities). Enjoy quiet and beautifully landscaped surroundings on a spacious cul-de-sac lot. Three private bedrooms (King, King, Queen) each have their own en-suite bathrooms filled with spa-like amenities. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, all luxurious linens are provided and a Sonos system with speakers throughout allows you listen to your favorite music in any room. Expanded satellite options on every HDTV in the home and WiFi throughout will keep you connected and allow you to stream content of your choosing.
The outdoor living spaces include a picturesque front courtyard patio, at the heart of which sits a Spanish fountain and an expansive back patio with pool and spa with waterfalls. In the mornings enjoy breakfast on the patio while gazing at the mountains and in the evening watch the backyard light up with professional landscape lighting in all the right places.
This home is only minutes from world-class golf courses, lively restaurants, quirky bars and shopping of all kinds. In the immediate area there is horseback riding, hot air ballooning, desert jeep tours, mountain biking, hiking trails, 5-star spas, boating at several lakes, rafting the Salt River, and much more.
PLEASE READ REGARDING BOULDERS RESORT ACCESS: The home is a private residence. The rental of this property (or any other private residence in The Boulders community) does not include access to the hotel pool, hotel tennis courts nor hotel guest activities. However, the Boulders spa, restaurants and golf course are open to the public.
POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

We enjoyed staying at this very clean and well managed home. The property management team is excellent. When I didn’t understand how to operate something with the spa, they were able to help me out remotely. Please note that the beds are very high up and if you need a low entry bed, this would be a challenge. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked every day. The home is located within the Boulders resort community. This was nice because we could walk to the restaurants at the resort. If you want to use the spa for the day you will need to book a spa service and then you can use the spa for the entire day of your service.

The house has over the top decor which we did not like, but in spite of that, it was very comfortable and well equipped. It worked very well for us. We had another couple with us for 4 days, and it was great for the 8 of us. We did think for a property of that price, the owner should have a gardener. The outdoor pots were not planted, and the grounds need a clean up. The only negative is that there is not a sharp knife in the house which otherwise had everything we needed.
