The River Villa - Rileys Outfitter

The River Villa is one of the most modern cabins you will find on the White River. Couples, larger families or small fishing buddy trips will enjoy this river estate decorated with the outdoor touch you would expect to find in the most exotic destinations.

The space:

This Villa sleeps up to 7 guests in separate beds or up to 5 couples. The living room with an enormous picture window facing the White River, a couch, recliners, and Satellite TV. A Beautiful log framed chairs & dining table that seats 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans & cooking utensils.
Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms, each with queen log framed beds. They each share a full bathroom across the hall. Downstairs there are two separate bedrooms with queen beds & private full bathrooms with walk-in showers in each bedroom. This home is furnished with all bed, bath & kitchen linens.
Outback there is a large covered porch equipped with everything you need to enjoy your view of the white river. Feel free to take advantage of the grill and fire pit. If you feel like going down to the river, take the staircase that takes you right down to the lower bank.

The entire home is for your enjoyment while you visit with us here at Rileys Outfitter. Guests have access to the resort property including the DOCK, the gardening & farm areas, the islands on the river & local hikes.

Other things to note:

There is WiFi available at the River Villa. There is no cell service...you can text and call through WiFi texting but it can be very slow. Just up the mountain road about a mile, you can easily make calls as needed.
Guests are welcome to use the landline phone number at the office to call or receive calls.
