Staff were all fantastic. Great location in the centre but away from the noise. Pool was quiet and easy to get a lounger.
The bed was really small. I'm much taller and bigger than most Colombians but if I stayed with a partner we wouldn't have fitted in the bed comfortably together

La ubicación, es agradable salir caminando.
Tener parqueadero fue cómodo y la piscina aunque no la utilizamos se ve agradable.
El personal muy amable y me prestaron el servicio de planchado para mi vestido, fue una maravillosa ayuda porque íbamos a una fiesta

It was a last minute booking in the middle of Semana Santa, all was very expensive in Santa Fe.
This place was a good price.
The street where it’s located is quiet, it’s 5 to 10 minutes walking to the main square.
Staff was nice.
Nice Patio with swimming pool.
Our room was right in front of the reception desk, so we could hear people early in the morning talking with desk or watching videos on their phones.
We didn’t have hot shower. To be fair it’s hot in Santa Fe so it’s not the end of the world and we didn’t mention it to the staff as we stayed very little time there.
Bed was not the most comfortable.
