Chef was flexible and food quality great. Steward in restaurant was super.

Their in house safari driver was exceptional.
Location is excellent. Gardens are fascinating and owner very knowledgeable about trees.

We felt that the hotel has a lot of potential, but just slightly misses the mark. The rooms are nice but perhaps now slightly dated and seen better days. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was a unique experience.
The main reason for our stay - the safari - was great and well organised. Our guide, Madu was amazing and we had a brilliant time.
The WiFi is quite patchy. The food was disappointing, and several things were not available but breakfast was ok. There are a handful of places in town you can eat at.
