About this house rental
The villa can be reached in 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. The beaches of Torre del Mar are 15 km away. The view from the terrace is fantastic and extends to the sea. The village of Benamargosa is 1.5 km from the house. There you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, hospitals.
The house is very quiet. A 680 m long, concrete road (new since 2023) from the main road to the house. The main house has 3 bedrooms with AC 2 bathrooms, a large living room with adjoining kitchen, which is fully equipped. The studio with the 4th bedroom with AC, adjacent full bath is very large and can be reached via an outside staircase. Extra Charge for AC: 30 cent kWh.
The pool with 4X10 m is large for the local conditions, 8 sun loungers are available, as well as a brick grill.. Enjoy the flowers and especially the peace.

The property is lovely, everything you could want for home from home. Our only surprise was the additional charge for the air-conditioning which we missed in the details as it was in German and not English. Also perhaps it needs to be highlighted about the drive up the mountain to the property as this is not for the faint hearted. Other than that everything was lovely and Dorothea always responded to questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.
