About this apartment rental
The modern, spacious, very comfortable 4-room apartment is located in a beautiful south elevation with a view over Neustadt and the surrounding mountains. The apartment (approx. 100 m²) on the ground floor of the building, with separate entrance, has 3 bedrooms, a fully furnished living room (with flat screen TV with satellite, stereo, play area with board games for children and adults and a book corner), one fully equipped kitchen (with dining area, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine) and two bathrooms with a shower and bath, two toilets and bidet. In the hallway there is a stove for cozy warmth in winter. Free private parking is available in front of the property. You can also grill in our garden. (the grill is available from April up to and including October) and play table tennis.

In the area you can go skiing, cross-country skiing in winter and enjoy the nearby swimming paradise (all year round). In summer there is the opportunity to hike, bike, go on trips to the zoo and to the largest waterfall (Triberg) in the Black Forest. Nearby there is a golf course (18 holes) and an adventure golf course and to swim in nearby lakes or to drive and stroll to the next largest city (Freiburg im Breisgau, approx. 35 minutes). With children you can also visit Europa-Park. From the apartment you are quickly in Switzerland, (the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen) or France. Lake Constance (Mainau Island) can also be reached in about 1 hour. In Bad Zurzach (Switzerland approx. 1 hour Travel time) there is a very nice thermal bath. There are a number of museums nearby. Numerous well-signposted hiking trails directly from the house with a view of the Black Forest and the local mountain Hochfirst Neustadt and Titisee each have their own train station. With the Konus guest card you can use trains and buses free of charge. Nearby are Titisee, Schluchsee, Windgfälweiher, Feldberg, Belchen and Herzogenhorn.
