About this house rental
Our comfortable, smoke and animal-free holiday home is centrally located and at the same time in a very quiet cul-de-sac. After just a few minutes' walk you can feel the sand under your feet and stand directly at the sea.
Shops for daily needs, but also restaurants and bakeries, a seal station, wave pool, DB as well as ferries to Juist and Norderney are within walking distance from our Muschelhus.
There is plenty of space in the house, also for the whole family: two bedrooms on the upper floor, an open kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor and a modern bathroom invite you to relax. Outside you will find a large south-west terrace, a storage room for bicycles and handcarts as well as a parking space.

Alles bestens, alles gut und auch im der Kücheneinrichtung alles vorhanden, was man zum kochen benötigt. Lage sehr gut man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Wir machten nur einen Kurzurlaub. Dabei benutzten wir die Küchenzeile nur zur Bedeutung des Frühstücks und des Abendessens. Auch die neu erweiterte Terrasse brauchten wir nicht. Am Abend waren Geräusche aus dem Nachbarhaus zu hören, die uns aber nicht weiters störten. Einen weiteren, auch längeren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen.

Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles für uns Notwendige war vorhanden.
Der Kontakt zur Familie Panik, war, wenn nötig, zeitnah möglich, sehr freundlich, sogar mit Empfehlung Park Lütetsburg zu besuchen, da gerade der Rhododendron blüht. :-) extrem lohnenswert anzuschauen.
Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
