We invite you to experience Buenos Aires by renting this spacious (50sqm), light flooded duplex apartment with balcony located in a secure building with two elevators in the heart of the fashionable Palermo Hollywood district.
Just walk around the area's beautiful tree lined streets and discover one of the trendiest and coolest areas of the city, with numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops (close to the Metro (300 mts.) and buses (150 mts.))
The apartment is suitable for two people and has one bathroom. The living room consists of a cozy sitting area wit a balcony, as well as an open kitchen.
