*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
*GRILL rental: $85 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.

We were in town for a cheer comp with 4 children and 4 adults. It was very spacious, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Its near restaurants and stores so we didnt have to travel far to get supplies or dinner. Also the beds were comfortable. Which you dont always get at vrbo so it was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend for any family.

Would definitely rent this house again! House was clean, beds were comfortable. Beautifully decorated throughout. Kitchen cupboards showed signs of wear, and one of the upstairs chairs was broken..Pool was heated when we arrived, as requested.Great resort. Disappointed that the simulator was non functional. Flow rider was expensive... not free.

Pre-check in communication was difficult. Wanted to talk via phone several times but only got to speak with someone once. Had to message via app. The location of the house is not accurate. They dropped the pin near the clubhouse/pool, but the house is across the main road. We wanted to be near where it showed the pin to be near the people we were traveling with. The house could use a total refresh-looks worn. Needs paint and a deep clean. We had trouble with the gate the entire trip. The kitchen is not very well-equipped. Not enough pillows/pillowcases, no washcloths. There is an iron, but no ironing board. The upstairs master has the smallest bathroom in the house and the bed was not comfortable. Heard no complaints on the other beds. We paid for heat for the pool/jacuzzi, but the temp in the jacuzzi never got hot enough to enjoy the water. The pool loungers were broken. We did spend a lot of time out in the screened area however. Overall, the house had great space and we enjoyed having some separation. The decor was pleasant. We gave all of our leftover food/supplies to our neighbor since we were not allowed to leave anything for the next guests. The is a ring camera at the front door.
